First United Methodist Church of Wortham is a worshiping community located at HWY 14 and Main in Wortham, TX, (between Mexia and Corsicana.) We are a varied community of believers ranging from nursery children to senior adults. Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:45 and Worship follows at 11:00. We invite you to come grow with us as we seek to offer Christ to all.

FUMC said farewells and blessings to Pastor Harris Worcester and family on Father's Day.
This coming Sunday, June 23rd, we say hello to Pastor Gary Watson and family.
The Central Texas Conference has also changed the pairings of this charge. Our new sister church will be Tehuacana UMC. Our former sister church Kirvin UMC will be paired with Coolidge UMC. Blessings upon our new pastor and new pairings.
